Eric Grabski
is a counsel in King & Spalding’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Austin office. Mr. Grabski’s two main areas of focus are patent application preparation and prosecution, and strategic intellectual property counseling. Mr. Grabski has managed large-scale patent prosecution dockets covering technologies including computer systems, network management and software, and ventilator and sleep apnea related medical devices. Mr. Grabski has also drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications concerning a wide range of technologies including: web-based applications, medical devices, integrated circuit fabrication, electronic financial trading platforms, gaming/gambling products, credit card products and services, and business methods.
Prior to joining King & Spalding in February 2009, Mr. Grabski was an associate in the Intellectual Property Department at the international law firm of Baker Botts, LLP. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1996 and received his J.D. from The University of Texas in 2001, Order of the Coif and Chancellor at Large.
