Eric represents private equity firms, hedge funds, borrowers, issuers and lenders in acquisitions, credit facilities, front-end lending transactions, mezzanine facilities, bridge facilities, acquisition facilities, debt issuances and restructurings, including the financing of debtors in bankruptcy, ranging from investment grade syndicated financings to middle market assets based facilities to private placements, with particular experience in M&A, private equity, health care, education, technology, retail, equipment and transportation. He also represents opportunity and investment funds in the acquisition and restructuring of debt and credit facilities and the ongoing general representation of portfolio companies of such funds.
