Eric Sherman is a Partner in the Trial Group. He has helped clients to achieve their business objectives in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including as first-chair trial counsel. He regularly appears before federal and state courts and arbitration panels in matters relating to banking and financial services, health care, securities and broker-dealer regulation, shareholder disputes, director and officer liability, corporate trusts, trusts and estates, and complex business disputes.
