Eric is a member of the firm's ENR Group. His practice is focused on construction contract drafting, project counseling and resolution of construction disputes for companies operating across the U.S. and internationally.

For more than 16 years, Eric has practiced construction law almost exclusively and is well-versed in all aspects of construction litigation, project management, and project counseling.

Eric’s practice is focused on federal government contracting, procurement counseling and disputes, and energy-related construction matters in the nuclear, oil and gas, and pipeline industries. He also has significant experience in industrial, institutional, heavy highway, and commercial construction matters, as well as OSHA and DOT matters in the U.S.

His background includes advising on and litigating matters related to the construction of a nuclear fuel conversion facility; negotiating and resolving requests for equitable adjustments, including international procurement disputes and subcontractor claims; and navigating mechanics’ lien law claims in unsettled areas of lien law.

Eric routinely counsels subcontractors, contractors, owners, design-builders, and construction managers through all phases of construction projects in both the public and the private sectors, and regularly assists in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.

He has represented clients in complex construction cases involving project delays, disruptions, and inefficiencies, and is experienced in prosecuting and defending mechanics’ liens, bond claims, and payment claims.

Eric is actively involved in various professional associations, and he speaks and writes on numerous issues related to the construction industry.
