Erika Mayshar is a senior associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses on transactional tax planning for business entities as well as non-profit organizations.

She advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financings, partnership formations and restructurings, and federal and state tax audits and appeals.

Ms. Mayshar also represents tax-exempt organizations, including family and corporate foundations, charitable organizations, trade associations, and nonprofits entering into joint ventures with for-profit businesses.
