Erin Fleming Ramana is an associate in the Real Estate practice group and a member of the Cooley Business department. She joined the firm in 2006 and is resident in the Reston office.

Ms. Ramana is a transactional commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate properties. Throughout her career she has represented institutional investors such as life insurance companies, real estate advisory groups, real estate investment trusts and commercial developers in connection with their local and national real estate investments. She also has substantial experience in representing office, retail and industrial landlords in their commercial leasing activity nationwide.

Ms. Ramana also has extensive experience in assisting companies with all aspects of data center development, including, but not limited to, the planning, acquisition, financing, construction, and leasing of data centers. Such experience and expertise is invaluable to companies in the niche specialty real estate class of data center development.

Before joining Cooley, Ms. Ramana was an associate at Holland & Knight LLP, where she represented institutional and regional lenders, developers and office building and shopping center landlords.

Ms. Ramana received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, with honors, in 2003. She earned an A.B. degree in Psychology, cum laude, from Duke University in 1998.

Ms. Ramana is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
