Erin supports and advises clients with the perspective of a career that has spanned service in the judicial and executive branches of the federal government, in AmLaw 100 firms, as in-house counsel, and as a crisis communications advisor.

She served as a law clerk to Judge Richard Conway Casey (SDNY), the nation’s first blind federal trial court judge. She litigated at two AmLaw 100 firms and counseled private clients and bankers at JPMorgan Private Bank. She also helped build a start-up business. Prior to attending law school, Erin worked in strategic communications, advising clients on shareholder and corporate crisis issues. She also held several positions in the White House, including in the Office of White House Counsel, where she was involved in civil and criminal law matters, investigations and judicial nominations.

Erin’s experience has included significant mass, class and multi-district litigation, regulatory and compliance matters, and related corporate crisis responses. She has worked with witnesses to prepare testimony and respond to Congressional and other government subpoenas and requests for information. Her experience enables her to serve our clients with efficiency and appreciation for broader business considerations beyond a specific lawsuit or investigation.

Erin graduated cum laude from St. John’s School of Law, where she was the Law Review Notes and Comments editor, recipient of a full merit scholarship and the inaugural tutor for the Law School’s Writing Center. She received her B.A. in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross. She is admitted to practice in New York.
