Erin Burns’ practice focuses on complex civil litigation. Erin has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from discovery to trial and post-trial motions practice. Her trial experience includes oral argument, preparing witnesses and expert witnesses for direct and cross examinations, and assisting with opening and closing statements. Erin is Counsel in the New York office.
