Eugene Marder’s practice focuses on representing a diverse array of high-tech clients in intellectual property litigation, including significant experience with software, electronics, digital media, and networking technologies. In particular, Mr. Marder has substantial experience with high-stakes trials before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. He has guided his clients to successful outcomes at all stages of litigation, including victories through dispositive motions, at trial, and on appeal.

Mr. Marder earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was the Development Director of the Stanford Journal of International Law. During law school, he worked on international legal issues at the Center for Defense Information and advised on nominations of presidential appointees at the White House. He earned his B.A. in International Relations, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, at the University of Southern California, where he was a Michael Sullivan Scholar.
