Dele Butler's practice focuses on advising the sponsors of, and investors in, a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity, mezzanine, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, and small business investment companies (SBICs), on a wide variety of fund formation, maintenance and investment matters. Dele's practice also focuses on U.S. and international business transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving private equity and venture capital funds.
