Mike Sajovec is a partner in Williams Mullen’s Intellectual Property section. Mike has been practicing intellectual property law for nearly 30 years, particularly in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, and he has extensive trademark experience.
Mike is a member of the North Carolina bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society. In 2014, Mike was named the Best Lawyers Litigation Patent “Lawyer of the Year” in Raleigh.
