Mr. Zubairi is a partner who focuses his practice on complex international and domestic commercial litigation and arbitration matters. He has extensive experience with commercial contract, insurance coverage (both on behalf of insurers and policyholders), securities, products liability, real estate, and intellectual property matters. Mr. Zubairi represents a wide variety of clients, including foreign sovereigns and their instrumentalities, financial institutions, pharmaceutical and supplement companies, international air carriers, property developers, construction companies, product manufacturers, and other corporations. He also advises his clients regarding their complex contractual needs, from insurance coverage issues to sponsorships of celebrity spokespersons.

Mr. Zubairi is a member of the California, New York, and New Jersey bars, and has represented clients in each of those jurisdictions. He also has extensive experience with international arbitration matters. Prior to joining the Southern California office of Dorsey & Whitney, Mr. Zubairi worked on the East Coast for K&L Gates LLP.
