Ferlillia Roberson is a trial attorney who focuses her intellectual property practice on complex patent litigation and counseling involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights in district court, the US International Trade Commission and inter partes reviews proceedings.

Ferlillia's patent litigation experience covers a broad range of technologies, including mobile communications devices, railroad car sets, data storage systems, advanced medical devices, biochemistry, hazardous waste materials, heat exchangers, GPS navigation systems and automotive devices, among others.

Ferlillia has experience representing her clients in patent jury trials, ITC trials and inter partes reviews proceedings and before the Federal Circuit. Ferlillia has extensive trial and courtroom experience, including first chairing expert and fact witnesses during patent litigation in the ITC and district court. Her experience extends to all phases of patent litigation, including portfolio analysis and pre-filing investigation; depositions of expert and fact witnesses; written discovery; claim construction; motions practice including evidentiary and dispositive motions; preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial; assisting in direct and cross examinations; and post-trial proceedings.
