Judge Frank A. Marullo, Jr. is a New Orleans native. He graduated from Fortier High School and continued on to get his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Before returning home to attend law school at Loyola University he travelled the world as a Merchant Marine. Once his tour of duty was over he studied at Loyola University where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.
September 16, 2014 will mark 40 years that Judge Marullo has served the citizens of New Orleans as the Judge of Section “D” of Orleans Parish Criminal Court. Throughout his career as the presiding Judge of Section “D” Judge Marullo has been very innovative within the Criminal Justice System, not only in the City of New Orleans, but in the entire State of Louisiana. He also participates nationally in various capacities all pertaining to the Judiciary and the administration to the criminal justice system.
