Rick Eisenbiegler leads the firm’s Transactional Finance Group and Banking and Leveraged Finance Group. Rick previously served as co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services Area and on the firm’s Management Committee. He has extensive experience representing first and second lien senior lenders, mezzanine investors, and equity sponsors and borrowers in senior debt, mezzanine and private equity financing arrangements. His areas of focus include leveraged financings; first lien, second lien, mezzanine and first-out/last-out financings; cross-border financings; debtor-in-possession and exit financings; and restructurings, workouts and bankruptcies.
