Fred is a member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group. He is an experienced trial lawyer and veteran litigation manager who has practiced in multiple settings. He spent the last 15 years managing all litigation, as Chief Counsel - Litigation, for a large financial services organization. Prior to that he was the managing partner of a trial practice and tried dozens of cases to verdict. Fred concentrates his practice in the areas of financial services and securities litigation, class actions, and insurance litigation.

Fred is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Past President of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and was the Editor-In-Chief of the Pittsburgh Legal Journal for 15 years. He has published and lectured extensively.
