Mr. Webb has successfully represented several law firms in malpractice actions. The cases have arisen in a wide variety of contexts such as patent prosecutions, third-party opinion letters, tax advice, real estate development and conflicts of interest. In the corporate and securities area, Mr. Webb has represented both corporate entities and directors and officers pursuant to D&O insurance coverage. He has also successfully handled shareholder litigation against directors for breach of fiduciary duties, benefit and fiduciary duty claims under ERISA, and claims under the False Claims Act.
