Ms. Wirth additionally has extensive experience representing public and private employers in mediations, arbitrations, and administrative practice on wage and hour matters, reductions-in-force, unfair competition, reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, protecting proprietary information, non-solicitation issues, state and local health and safety laws, drug testing, corporate compliance and personnel matters.
