Gail Migdal Title serves as deputy general counsel for the Los Angeles Downtown and Century City offices, and is a full-time neutral with ADR Services, Inc.

Through ADR Services, Inc., Gail mediates and arbitrates a broad cross-section of commercial disputes ranging from intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark disputes; to entertainment law; to complex and general business matters, including contract claims and business torts; to employment disputes. She is also a member of the American Arbitration Association on its Entertainment and Commercial Litigation panels and a mediator for the US District Court, Central District of California, for business and commercial litigation and copyright and trademark matters.

Prior to transitioning into her current role as a neutral, Gail served as national head of the Entertainment and Media Litigation practice and managing partner of the Century City office from 1997–2011. As a litigator, she handled a wide range of legal and business issues that arise in the entertainment industry, from motion picture and television development, finance and production, to distribution in all media worldwide, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark and trade secret claims, contract disputes and business torts. She litigated precedent-setting intellectual property disputes, including Montz v. Pilgrim Films & Television, Inc. et al. and Grosso v. Miramax. Gail has an outstanding record of success as a litigator, winning many cases without trial, including matters involving complex profit participation accounting and copyright infringement.
