I have a broad and well-rounded commercial litigation practice handling all levels of federal and state court litigation. Given my litigation background, and my representation of generic pharmaceutical companies, I have developed a substantive knowledge of the industry, including clinical drug testing, the ANDA regulatory filing and approval process, and the competitive market realities with regard to a company’s decision to pursue the development of a specific pharmaceutical product. I also have developed a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman litigation on behalf of generic pharmaceutical companies.
