He has extensive experience in corporate finance, including SEC-registered public offerings, Rule 144A offerings and private placements of debt, equity, convertible, preferred and tax-exempt securities. Mr. Tygesson also has extensive experience in the areas of public company disclosure, SEC compliance and corporate governance matters.
