Geoff Leonard is a partner in the San Francisco office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Leonard focuses his practice on the representation of technology companies, including life sciences companies, and has considerable experience in the areas of securities and corporate finance, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and strategic alliances. He represents public companies in securities matters, as well as advising these companies in ongoing SEC reporting matters.

Mr. Leonard regularly serves as principal outside counsel for venture-backed companies. He has been counsel to numerous companies from incorporation through venture funding and final exit, as well as to the investors that finance these companies.
