George Hisert is co-chair of the Banking and Leveraged Finance Practice Group. He has almost 40 years of experience representing major banking and financial institutions in commercial loan and credit transactions, letters of credit, and regulatory matters. George’s practice also includes substantial representation of non-financial institutions and borrowers in a broad variety of credit transactions. In addition to his banking and credit practice, George has had significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and international business transactions.
