Ginger Burton's practice focuses on the representation of institutional lenders and companies in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, and asset-based financings. Much of her practice focuses on representing financial institutions providing credit facilities to REITs and other real estate finance companies. She also has experience in loan restructuring and workouts.

Ginger has written and spoken on financing related topics. She is a former board member of Everybody Wins! Atlanta, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting children's literacy through programs designed to improve the reading skills of students who are reading below grade level.
