Glen Feinberg focuses his trial practice on the defense of educational, child care, health care and religious institutions in general liability, employment and malpractice claims. A primary focus of Glen’s practice is the defense of schools, day care centers, summer camps and religious institutions in claims of general and premises liability, employment discrimination, and negligent hiring and supervision arising out of alleged sexual misconduct by their employees. He has acted as a crisis manager for summer camps and child care institutions in emergency situations, communicating with authorities and families and coordinating his client’s response to the situation. He also regularly provides risk management advice and training to help clients avoid situations that could give rise to litigation. Another key aspect of Glen’s practice involves the defense of nursing homes and home health care agencies in malpractice claims.
Throughout his career, Glen has developed extensive experience in the area of psychiatric damages and often is retained to handle cases involving plaintiffs who have psychiatric illnesses or are suspected of feigning injuries. His knowledge in this area stems not only from his defense of numerous sexual misconduct and personal injury claims, but also from his avid study of neurobiology and advanced psychiatric and psychological therapies and techniques.
