Glenn Dassoff is a Litigation partner in Orrick’s Orange County office. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having successfully tried, as lead counsel, more than 50 cases in his career. His trial work has been concentrated in the areas of high technology, real estate, banking, and construction, where he has handled high-profile litigation for some of the best known companies in America.

For many years, Mr. Dassoff has represented some of the nation’s leading high technology companies in a variety of litigation disputes involving, among other things, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, intellectual property, joint-venture financings, and shareholder class action and derivative suits. He has successfully handled over a hundred trade secret cases, including more than a dozen trials and related evidentiary hearings on injunctive relief.
