Glenn Kerner, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, has extensive experience in products liability law, particularly with respect to complex mass torts and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Mr. Kerner is experienced in matters involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals, food and dietary supplements, consumer products and chemical exposure. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, franchise law, bankruptcy litigation, real estate litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, and other civil litigation.
