Graham Lim's practice covers leveraged finance, projects, and private equity investments. He has advised on the financing of corporate acquisitions, buyouts, and privatizations. He also has worked on energy, transportation, and other civil undertakings in the United States, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, acting for lenders and sponsors on all stages from prequalification and bid evaluation to financial close.

He also has acted for private equity firms, hedge funds, and special opportunities investors on a variety of finance and corporate matters, including Gaw Capital, Morgan Stanley, Ospraie Management, and WL Ross & Co.
