Gregg D. Bernhard focuses his practice on U.S. and international real estate transactions. He represents owners, sellers, buyers, borrowers, tenants and landlords in all areas of real estate law, with an emphasis on acquisition, leasing, financing and development. Gregg has experience in structuring mixed-use projects, including the use of cutting edge condominium structures and vertical subdivisions. His experience includes the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, common-interest development documentation, joint venture arrangements, and development agreements. Recent transactions have included the purchase of the national headquarters building for The Grammys, the purchase of two regional shopping centers, the sale of a Walgreens property, the negotiation of various leases ranging from a 6,000 square foot restaurant lease to a 71,000 square foot office lease, and structuring various condo-hotels and commercial condominiums in the U.S. and a mixed-use project in Morocco. Gregg is also well-experienced in the area of corporate law.
