Gregory D. “Greg” Snell is of counsel and a commercial litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has broad experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, in Florida and around the country, including matters involving intellectual property, unfair business practices, employment, insurance and professional negligence, among other subjects. Mr. Snell also has significant experience with arbitration. His practice spans the health care, education, insurance, aviation, retail, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and communication industries. Mr. Snell is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Labor & Employment, Trade Secret Noncompete Litigation, and Insurance & Reinsurance Practices. He is also a member of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Snell founded a business law boutique firm which provided comprehensive business law and litigation services to businesses of all sizes where his emphasis was complex commercial litigation, employment law, and physician practice representation.
