Greg Golden has broad experience representing public and private companies in connection with a variety of transactional and compliance matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, business combinations, public and private securities issuances, joint venture arrangements, and project financings.
Mr. Golden represents clients in such diverse areas as information technology, pharmaceuticals, aircraft sales and airport services, oil and gas exploration and production, the Internet, and merchant banking. He has counseled start-up ventures in various industries on organizational, intellectual property, and financing issues. His practice also includes advising clients with respect to corporate political activity. In international matters, Mr. Golden has represented clients confronting legal issues in Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Korea, France, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Golden worked on Capitol Hill and for federal political campaign committees. Following graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to Senior United States District Judge Robert R. Merhige Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
