Greg Canfield is an associate with Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP. His practice focuses on complex aerospace litigation and aviation regulatory compliance. Greg has a diverse technical background spanning aviation, engineering, and computer science. As a helicopter test pilot, Greg brings a detailed, hands-on technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures to each case that he is involved with.

As a litigator, Greg has experience in aerospace, product liability, and transportation matters across multiple domestic and international jurisdictions. He has assisted in the defense of product manufacturers in general and commercial aviation disaster cases. He has significant experience in complex e-discovery issues as well as experience with cases involving military applications of aerospace technology, including those implicating International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). In addition, Greg has handled international civil litigation cases involving discovery in both Hague member countries and non-member countries.

Greg also has significant experience in the firm's growing regulatory practice. He counsels businesses and organizations on the implications of federal and international aviation regulatory compliance, Department of Transportation regulatory compliance, and other federal, state and local regulation applicable to airlines, airports, and aircraft operators.
