Gregory Xethalis

Gregory Xethalis is Counsel in the Corporate Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Gregory represents clients in financial services and emerging digital assets matters. He advises investment advisers and boards of trust of exchange-traded fund (ETF) and mutual fund platforms in matters including fund formation, registration of shares with the Securities and Exchange Commission and ongoing compliance matters. He also represents sponsors of exchange-traded commodities (ETC) and advisers to private funds. Additionally, Gregory counsels financial institutions and startup enterprises on corporate and regulatory aspects of Bitcoin and Blockchain technology.

While attending law school, Gregory served as associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and as president of the Student Bar Association. Additionally, he served as co-chair of the Fordham Law Alumni Association’s Recent Graduates Committee. He also studied at Queens University Belfast and University College Dublin.
