Harold G. Levison has more than 35 years of experience in commercial litigation. He has represented corporations, brokerage firms and banks in a wide variety of actions, including antitrust, securities, corporate governance and shareholder derivative lawsuits, as well as SEC and other agency proceedings. He joined Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman in 1995 after having practiced at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon as an associate and partner since 1972.

In addition to practicing in federal and state courts throughout the country, Mr. Levison has also represented clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He served for over 15 years as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He has also served as a court-appointed arbitrator for the federal district court for the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Levison received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and his law degree cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a senior editor on the Law Review.
