Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Hartman was a partner Bingham McCutchen LLP for five years after serving as a partner in the firm of McKee and Nelson for more than nine years. Mr. Blanchard is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation as well as a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Maryland.
