Heather Adivari is Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office.Heather's practice includes a full range of commercial real estate transactions including mortgage and mezzanine financing, acquisitions and sales. Recent matters have involved a variety of real property interests, including office buildings, hotel and resort properties, shopping center and retail facilities, industrial facilities, and mixed-use condominium developments.

Heather often works representing major institutional lenders in single-asset and multi-state financing transactions, including both conventional lending (including construction lending) and other financing structures. Her experience includes with both agent lenders and syndicate members in connection with syndicated financings and participations.
