Heather Dunn Navarro is an associate in Cooley's Litigation department and is a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark, Copyright & Advertising practice groups. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is a resident of the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Dunn Navarro's practice involves both business and intellectual property litigation, as well as trademark matters.

Prior to attending law school, she worked as an intellectual property paralegal for Borland Software Corporation.

Ms. Dunn Navarro received a JD and a Certificate in High Technology Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List. Ms. Dunn Navarro received various awards for her writing and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence award in Pleading and Civil Procedure. She received a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a major in Marine Biology in 1998.

Ms. Dunn Navarro is a member of the State Bar of California.
