As the principal legal advisor and a member of the National Executive Team, I am responsible for overseeing all of the legal affairs of the organization, reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer and National Board of Directors. I provide legal counsel, guidance and strategic advice on a wide range of matters regarding the organization's operations and programs. With the assistance of an associate counsel, I am responsible for managing the legal affairs of all of the organization's operating subsidiaries in ten states, including New York, California, Virginia, Texas, Rhode Island and Florida.
