HEIDI is a partner in our Public Offerings, Public Company Representation, and Corporate Governance practice group. Heidi works with clients across a broad range of industries, including software, internet, big data, retail, life sciences, telecommunications, hardware, and energy and clean technology.

Heidi has represented both corporations and investment banks in more than 100 initial public offerings and complex capital market transactions. She regularly advises late-stage private companies on a wide variety of topics relevant to the IPO process. She also represents a variety of public clients in ongoing corporate governance matters and company reporting obligations.

Heidi is co-author of two chapters in the widely-used treatise, "Venture Capital and Public Offering Negotiation."

Prior to joining the firm, Heidi was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.

Heidi holds a B.A. from the University of San Diego and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco and is licensed to practice in California.
