Helena Ajudua practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation, in which she has gained considerable experience related to discovery.
Helena is committed to pro bono service and has had the opportunity to represent clients on a variety of matters. For example, she helped obtain a favorable determination on behalf of the Rye Arts Center in an audit conducted by the New York State Department of Labor. She also effectively represented a group of tenants in an action against their landlord in New York City Housing Court. More recently, Helena successfully obtained the reinstatement and retroactive payment of long-term disability benefits for an attorney with the Legal Aid Society.
Helena is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
