Henry Brandenstein represents owners, developers, private equity and lenders in connection with sophisticated real estate transactions. His practice focuses on providing clients with due diligence, acquisition, financing, and disposition counsel and advice with respect to office (income producing and owner occupied), multi-family, and large residential real estate projects. He also assists clients with negotiation and structuring joint ventures, ground lease and mixed-use transactions. Mr. Brandenstein also provides services with respect to his clients’ contractual relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and other development and construction professions.
Mr. Brandenstein provides complete service to banking and institutional lenders, including negotiating, structuring, documenting and closing all forms of loan transactions. He also provides creditor representation in connection with loan workouts and counseling with regard to lender liability issues.
