Hilary Leewong is an associate in O’Melveny’s Century City office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice. She focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration involving entertainment, media, and technology, as well as complex contract and commercial disputes. Hilary has discovery experience in conducting document review and privilege review, as well as preparing for depositions. She also has briefing experience. Recently, Hilary was part of a team that successfully defended against fraud and contract claims in a high stakes arbitration.

Hilary has an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in a variety of circumstances: a military veteran in her discharge upgrade, a tenant in an unlawful detainer suit, a widow to recover her possessions from her deceased husband’s landlord, as well as assisting foster parents in their adoption. She also volunteers at the Shriver Project’s Eviction Assistance Center at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
