Holly Streeter-Schaefer represents contractors, subcontractors, architects, owners and engineers in claims against owners, contractors, engineers, architects subcontractors, sureties, and insurers, including claims under prompt pay acts and coverage under comprehensive general liability and builder's risk policies. She has a unique perspective of the construction industry from her undergraduate degree in construction engineering to working as corporate counsel for a large construction company.

Ms. Streeter-Schaefer managed litigation claims and disputes for a large commercial general contractor, its various subsidiaries, joint ventures, partnerships and sister companies. She has extensive knowledge in preparing, assessing and negotiating owner-contractor/construction manager contracts, design-build contracts, teaming and joint venture agreements, subcontracts, leases and real estate contracts as well as litigating insurance claims on first party property insurance policies, coverage for construction defect lawsuits, coverage under Contractor and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs and commercial general liability policies.
