Ilene has almost 15 years of experience handling a full range of commercial real estate transactions and commercial lending. She regularly represents financial institutions and borrowers in permanent mortgage loan, construction loan and conduit loan transactions. Her financing experience also includes foreclosures, workouts and restructuring of existing loans. In addition, Ilene routinely provides counsel on a variety of commercial real estate matters including representing local, regional and national clients in connection with the acquisition, development and sale of commercial properties; retail, office and industrial leasing; and the formation of residential and mixed-use condominiums.

While earning her law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ilene was an editor of the Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Heuisler Honor Society.
