Ingrid Graff recently joined the firm as Special Counsel in the Product Liability group. She specializes in all aspects of defense-oriented complex litigation and litigation management. She handles toxic tort, product liability and environmental matters, focusing specifically on asbestos litigation.
Ms. Graff has prevailed on dispositive motions, defended her clients at depositions nationwide, obtained numerous dismissals and negotiated many favorable settlements. She has represented, and continues to represent, various diverse corporations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including a large Fortune 500 manufacturer and smaller businesses, in a broad range of industries involved in toxic tort and asbestos defense, premises and product liability litigation in both State and Federal Courts.
As Assistant National Coordinating Counsel for a Fortune Global 500 manufacturer involved in power and automation technologies, Ms. Graff managed all aspects of nationwide asbestos litigation while personally handling cases on a local level in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
As Assistant National Coordinating Counsel for a large manufacturer of protective clothing and gear, she managed litigation in California, Ohio, Michigan and West Virginia and also personally handled cases venued in Eastern and Western Pennsylvania.
