Irena Goldstein has extensive experience representing every type of party, including debtors, creditors' committees, indenture trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, and purchasers of assets of bankrupt or otherwise distressed companies, in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Also, Ms. Goldstein has represented lenders in debtor-in-possession and exit financing facilities.

Ms. Goldstein’s clients include multinational corporations and international financial institutions in cases involving a wide range of industries, including insurance and reinsurance, information technology, health care, manufacturing, and financial services. She has particular experience in matters involving energy companies in many of the largest chapter 11 cases in recent years.
