Brent focuses his practice on antitrust and trade regulation, class action litigation, and complex commercial litigation. His practice has included representation of clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and the International Trade Commission. He has worked extensively on merger investigations involving both domestic and European companies and has defended companies against nationwide class actions alleging violations of federal and state antitrust laws. He has also counseled clients on antitrust compliance matters in the energy, chemical, retail, mining and manufacturing industries, among others.
