Dickson is managing partner of the Wilmington office. He has extensive experience representing and counseling corporate clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax, environmental and employment law, and estate planning for closely held businesses. He also represents lenders in commercial lending transactions, including financing secured by commercial real estate, and represents creditors in loan workout situations. He also has an active commercial real estate practice.
