Andy Pratt

is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals, including the defense of securities litigation, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional negligence matters.

Before joining King & Spalding, Mr. Pratt worked for Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its restructuring practice group. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pratt served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joel F. Dubina, the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Pratt graduated from the Columbia University School of Law, where he received recognition as a James Kent Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Pratt served as a member of the Columbia Law Review. He received his B.A. in English and Economics, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Pratt is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and all Georgia, Alabama, and New York state courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Alabama State Bar, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
