Jack has worked with domestic and foreign corporations, banks, hedge funds, partnerships, limited liability companies, and foreign governments on a variety of matters. He has represented developers, buyers and sellers of energy assets, as well as lenders to energy projects. He has represented securitization sponsors and servicers of various financial assets. In addition, he has worked with both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters with respect to energy and securitization matters.
